Refund policy

A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order online.

A 75% refund or store credit will be issued if cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or pickup date. The 48hr notice is from the TIME AND DAY of pick-up or delivery requested. Tartlet Bakery retains 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work for orders placed. Failure to receive a 48hr notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

We are unable to cancel and refund orders that are already prepared and packed ready for pick-up. Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on store credit.
