Handling

To ensure your tarts remain in optimum condition, we suggest you refrigerate them until ready for consumption.

Shelf Life

We proudly confirm that our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. We recommend that our tarts are best consumed within 3 days. However, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the tarts in the manner prescribed by us.

Allergy Note

All our dessert tarts contain egg, dairy, gluten products and traces of nuts. All our tarts are 100% Halal.

What are my delivery options?

You have the choice to collect your order from our Tartlet Bakery Kitchen located in Wiley Park NSW or have your order delivered for an additional fee.

Delivery rates from Wiley Park:

Our deliveries only cover a 35km radius from Wiley Park in the Sydney Metro Area. Anything outside this distance, please call for a quote.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

Yes. The minimum order for delivery is AUD$50 (some regional Sydney suburbs have a higher minimum). On special occasion dates that increase our order volumes such as Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day etc., the minimum order may be higher. There is no minimum order for pick up.

Can I choose a delivery day and time?

Yes, however keep in mind orders require a 72 hour minimum before dispatch. We deliver Monday - Saturday between 8am and 3.30pm. In rare cases, during busy periods, orders may arrive at the delivery address before 8am.

What should I do if no one is available to accept the delivery?

If there is no one to accept a delivery at the specified address and time, the driver will call the contact number registered with the order for instructions. If contact can’t be made, the order may be left at the address (if it is suitable to do so) or returned to our kitchen. In most cases the order is returned to our kitchen.

If an order is returned to our kitchen after a failed delivery attempt, the paying customer will be notified via email and/or SMS to organise a pick up from our Wiley Park Kitchen.

Please note that our drivers cannot wait more than 10 minutes at a delivery address if there is no one to accept the order.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours however in peak periods it may take up to 5 working days. 

Can I change my delivery method after I have ordered?

Yes. Just contact us directly to make a change to your order. If you originally selected to pick up your order, you will be required to purchase the delivery option. 

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible to update your delivery address.

How do I track my order?

You will receive email or sms notifications regarding the status of your order. 

Will I get charged for a redelivery?

If we are able to redeliver the same day, there will be a redelivery fee of $25 otherwise the order will be returned to our Tartlet Bakery Kitchen for pickup arrangements.
